Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse-engineer the software, distribute malicious content, or use the service for illegal activities.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the platform and for managing their authorized users and permissions.

Subscription access is subject to the selected plan, applicable fees, payment terms, and service conditions. Lift Sales App may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Lift Sales App uses reasonable security measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute security.
